As the HORECA Sales Lead for Catering Companies, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the catering segment. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and scaling the business through strategic sales initiatives.

Job Details

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the catering sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a comprehensive sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to offer customized solutions and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions to the Associate/Lead in Lagos.
  • Integrate RMS solutions to optimize client operations and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the catering industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
