JOB DESCRIPTION
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the investor relations strategy and communications plan.
- Create and maintain investor presentations, quarterly reports, and other relevant materials.
- Address investor inquiries promptly and with accuracy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Manage an updated investor database and ensure adherence to regulatory mandates.
- Assist in the fundraising process by preparing marketing materials and engaging in roadshows.
- Help in coordinating investor events like annual general meetings and forums.
- Participate in the establishment of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting and communication.
- Develop, implement, and manage a social media strategy and presence to attract potential investors.
- Oversee website and LP portal updates as necessary.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- A master's degree or CFA certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated dedication to sustainable development and ARM-Harith's guiding principles.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within a private equity or asset management organization.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and project management abilities.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
- Solid comprehension of financial statements and investment principles.
