JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsBSc / MSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field; certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sectorSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Excellent verbal and communication skills with proficiency in English Language.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job SummarySales assistants (or sales associates) greet customers and initiate conversations with the objective of marketing and selling store products. They also inform customers of ongoing promotions, provide general assistance with questions and upselling, and help customers make the best choice from the firm's products and services.DutiesPresent and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceOrganize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlinesUpdate customer records in the company database as requiredInput invoice and bill-back dataAccurately describe product features and benefitsAnalyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to managersUse data to investigate the logistical history to resolve order and inventory problemsResearch promotion details, regular, and special prices to resolve pricing discrepanciesAscertain customers' needs and wantsRecommend and display items that match customer needsKeep up to date with product informationOffer product, promotion, and pricing information by exploring customer requestsOffer sales projections by creating and sending sales tracking reportsMaintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updatesCollect data to create informative sales presentationsMonitor sales expenses by analyzing, tracking, and summarizing expensesReport any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
