Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts and other legally binding documents
  • Provide reviews of new business and products initiatives and assess applicable regulatory requirements
  • Advise on arrangements with partners for product development initiatives and other arrangements
  • Coordinate and supervise outside counsel for timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and excellence of service and work product
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise teams on applicable legal requirements and compliance strategies
  • Assist with approval of internal and external communications and presentations
Key Qualifications
  • Law degree
  • Minimum 9 years PQE with an international law firm or a multinational organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization
  • Strong communication and contract drafting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Experience in banking, information technology and payment industry
