JOB SUMMARY

Experience: 2-3 years in a similar positionProven experience as a Ticketing Officer, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role within the travel industry.Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), especially Amadeus.Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with ticketing software.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings, payments, and documentation.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field preferred.Certification from IATA (International Air Transport Association) is a plus.Be able to provide services information and questions with accuracy and efficiency on destinations around the globe.Must have A 'CAN DO' Spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Ticketing and Reservation Specialist, you will be integral to our operations by managing flight reservations and ticketing services with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a dedicated and proactive individual who can navigate travel booking systems swiftly and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.You will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesFlight Reservations and Ticketing:Handle inquiries regarding flight availability, fares, and travel itineraries.Book and confirm domestic and international flights accurately and promptly.Issue electronic tickets and ensure compliance with airline policies and regulations.Arrange special requests such as seat assignments, meal preferences, and upgrades.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Reporting, Customer service, Airline reservation systems (Amadeus, others), Communication, Presentation preparation and editing (Microsoft PowerPoint), Travel planning and reservations (leisure, business)

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
