Job Brief

Our client, a Manufacturing/ Garment factory seek to recruit energetic, result oriented, self-motivated and well-focused Client Relationship Executives who will expand our business with existing customers and develop new customer contacts, manage external development and research partners, identify new opportunities to create competitive advantage. She will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Job Summary :

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the uniform and apparel sector
  • Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest garment factory's products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain the required level of the relevant domain industry knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Attend industry conferences and events to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
  • The candidate should be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers/prospects, following up on leads, and initiating the sales process.

Job skill and set requirements:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Creative problem solving with excellent analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, minimal supervision, prioritize workload and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Good technical communicator who works well interfacing with both internal and external market
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to do consultative and concept selling

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 Years work experience as a Business Development Manager in a Garments Manufacturing Industry , is an added advantage Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives
