JOB SUMMARY
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
- Experience with cash register and ordering systems (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS).
- Basic math skills.
- Attentiveness and patience with customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Team spirit and flexibility in shift work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers.
- Present menu and offer detailed information.
- Set up tables and inform about specials.
- Provide menu recommendations.
- Take precise food and drink orders.
- Communicate orders to the Kitchen Staff.
- Check cleanliness and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain a tidy dining area.
- Deliver checks and collect payments.
- Meet with staff to discuss daily updates.
- Adhere to health regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
