#### Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Account/HR Assistant to support our finance and human resources departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, payroll processing, and HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in both areas.

#### Key Responsibilities:

**Accounting Duties:**
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

**HR Duties:**
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.

**Internal Control:**
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

#### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
