4. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.


Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
