Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing media projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and according to the company’s quality standards. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and production teams, to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth project workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly within the media or creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for media projects, including TV shows, digital content, films, and multimedia campaigns.
2.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
3.Assign roles and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
4.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, producers, editors, and developers, to ensure seamless collaboration.
5.Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project life-cycle.
6.Manage project team meetings, provide clear direction, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
7.Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
8.Identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans to address any challenges.
9.Track project progress, adjusting plans and reallocating resources as needed to meet deadlines.
10.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
11.Manage client relationships, ensuring that their expectations are met and that any changes or revisions are communicated clearly.
12.Ensure that stakeholder feedback is incorporated into the project in a timely manner.
13.Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards, and that creative output aligns with the project’s objectives.
14.Identify and mitigate project risks, developing solutions to address any issues that may impact the quality or timing of the deliverables.
15.Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all content is reviewed and approved before delivery.
16.Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.

Skills and Requirements:

1. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the media, entertainment, or creative industries.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
8. Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
9. Experience in developing project schedules and tracking progress through project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
10. Familiarity with media production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
11. Basic understanding of technical aspects such as video editing, animation, and digital media production is a plus.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Media Production, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
3. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus.
4. Experience working with creative teams and managing media-related projects is highly preferred.
