Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT training programs to individuals and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to showcase their value and benefits to clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our training programs effectively.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate sales reports for management review.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and training teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and training materials.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the IT training or technology industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of IT training programs and industry trends is a plus.
