JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance Technician will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:

● Keep accurate records of all daily transactions

● Process invoices

● Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

● Update internal systems with financial data

● Assist in Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

● Reconcile bank statements

● Participate in financial audits

● Track bank deposits and payments

● Assist with budget preparation

● Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

● Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes





REQUIREMENTS
● BA/BSC/HND in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university

● Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role

● Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

● Experience using Accounting software (ERP preferably)

● Advanced MS Excel skills

● Knowledge of financial regulations

● Excellent analytical and numerical skills

● Sharp time management skills

● Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

● Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Discretion and confidentiality
