Job Summary
The Receivables Accountant is a crucial member of the finance team, responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices to customers based on sales orders, contracts, and company policies.
Accurately receive, record, and apply customer payments to the correct accounts.
Proactively monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports, and follow up with customers on past-due invoices via phone, email, or mail.
Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments and credits are properly accounted for.

Qualifications
Education: HND/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
