Position: Sales Representative
Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services of the company to potential and existing customers. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Product Knowledge:
Gain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify selling opportunities and challenges.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with potential and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and presentations.
Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs and requirements.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company's CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager or relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts and maximize opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the [specific industry or sector].
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
