Key Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
Handle visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
Support in organizing events, workshops, and other office activities.
Requirements:
Current NYSC Corps Member seeking a primary place of assignment (PPA).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
