**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MOMSAR FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives and management team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. They will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills.
The role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence on behalf of our executives. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative or secretarial work experience and a degree in business administration or a related field. Strong multitasking ability and discretion with confidential information are essential for this role.
