Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist at Heirs Insurance Group. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing customer service, and managing insurance brokerage tasks. This role is based in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work.

An insurance Representative is responsible for selling the companys Pensions option {annuity for life} to newly retired & existing retirees from private companies, state & Federal government organisations that are freshly retired or presently on program withdrawal.

An insurance Representative you have a duty to recommend the perfect insurance policies and product to potential and existing client, guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs, and suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies

ensuring adequate payment of monthly premiums by all clients, and establishing good and long-lasting relationships on behalf of the company for the purpose of continuous sales.

he/she must have good negotiating and persuading skills, must have a good communication skills and can be a team player with other team members under minimal or no supervison

Qualifications

Insurance Sales and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
Experience in Health Insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications
Relevant certification in insurance sales or related field
