Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Fintech, ICT, and FMCG industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, market share, and brand presence.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Petroleum, Natural Gas, Mining, or Financial Institutions sectors.
  • Proven success in talent acquisition, management, and development.
  • A strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive revenue growth and process improvements.
  • Expertise in HR data-driven decision-making and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
