Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and publish engaging content across all relevant platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and report on key social media metrics and campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.).
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with audiences across platforms and monitor community interactions.
• Support influencer engagement and social media collaborations where applicable.
• Work closely with internal departments to promote campaigns, events, and company updates.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role (e.g. Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
• Ability to conduct basic audience and buyer persona research.
• Good knowledge of social media KPIs and performance tracking.
• Excellent content writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and time management.
• A team player with a proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
• BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Desirable Skills
• Basic knowledge of visual communication principles.
• Ability to align content with audience preferences.
• Experience in creating or briefing graphic and video content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights for continuous improvement.
