Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the president of the company, who also doubles as one of our company's artists. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that blends technology and the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll and administrative tasks to streamline operations for the company president.
Support the president in both their roles as a business owner and an artist, including attending and assisting at events.
Provide administrative support to reduce the workload of the president, helping with scheduling, communications, and task management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and execute marketing efforts for the president’s artistic work.
Assist in testing websites, applications, and fintech systems developed by the company.
Maintain and clean common work areas, ensuring a tidy and efficient working environment.
Support the recruitment process, including helping to schedule interviews and onboard new talent.
Aid in reviewing music projects and providing organizational support for the president’s work as an artist.
Be open to learning and working in a fintech and software engineering environment.
Strong Excel skills are required, or the candidate must be willing to develop strong Excel skills, as it will be used frequently for various tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfort working in a technology-driven environment, with a willingness to learn about fintech and software development.
Proficiency in Excel or a strong willingness to develop Excel skills is essential.
Experience in administration, payroll, or office management is a plus.
Interest or background in the arts and music is a bonus.
Location: This is an in-person position, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment that includes both office and creative spaces.
