This is a full-time on-site Software Developer role located in Owerri. The Software Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP) tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Collaborate with teams to define and implement software solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

• Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).

• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control (Git).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

Computer Science and Software Development skills
Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Technical Skills:
Programming Languages:

PHP (Mandatory for back-end development)
Vue.js (For front-end development)
JavaScript (Core front-end scripting language)
Familiarity with TypeScript (Bonus)
Web Development Frameworks & Libraries:

Laravel or Symfony (PHP frameworks)
Node.js (For building back-end services, if applicable)
Database Management:

MySQL, Writing optimized SQL queries
Database design and normalization

RESTful API Development & Integration:

Building and consuming APIs
Handling authentication (OAuth, JWT, API keys)
Version Control & Collaboration:

Git & GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
Working in Agile/Scrum environments
Frontend & UI/UX Concepts:

Component-based development with Vue.js
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design
