Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Marketer/Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and multimedia content while also developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role requires a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
- Create visually engaging graphics for online and offline marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Develop multimedia content such as videos, animations, and infographics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.

Content Creation:
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

Brand Identity:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Contribute to the development of brand identity guidelines and creative assets.

SEO and Website Optimization:
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and trends to enhance website performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
