Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to effectively navigate the dynamic logistics industry. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and executive leadership to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability at Speedaf Logistics Nigeria Limited.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to effectively reach target audiences.
Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts and client acquisition.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support marketing objectives and initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing techniques.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the logistics industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
