Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
▪ Design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue
and market share targets for real estate projects.
▪ Drive brand positioning, digital campaigns, and promotional activities to increase visibility
and lead generation.
▪ Manage client acquisition, relationship building, and negotiation through to deal closure.
▪ Lead and motivate the sales team, agents, and brokers to consistently meet sales
objectives.
▪ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
customer needs.
▪ Develop pricing, promotional, and channel strategies in alignment with project and
financial goals.
▪ Prepare and deliver periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to
senior management.
▪ Represent the company at exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking events.
▪ Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales
strategies with project delivery timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field;
professional certifications in marketing or sales are an advantage.
▪ 7+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate
sector.
▪ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in property development.
▪ Strong marketing expertise, including digital marketing, CRM platforms, and lead
generation strategies.
▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
▪ Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
▪ Goal-oriented, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
