Job Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Project Management Tutor to deliver high-quality instruction to our students. The ideal candidate will possess both practical project management experience and the ability to teach complex concepts clearly. As a tutor, you will be responsible for facilitating interactive learning experiences, guiding students through their coursework, and offering support and mentorship as they develop their skills in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach project management principles and methodologies to students.

Design and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and practical exercises.

Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to support students’ learning needs.

Develop course materials, assessments, and learning resources.

Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to ensure their success.

Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Stay current with the latest project management trends and tools to incorporate into lessons.

Offer career advice and guidance on certification pathways (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).


Requirements:

A degree or professional qualification in Project Management or a related field.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly preferred.

Previous experience as a project manager in a professional setting.

Experience in teaching or tutoring project management concepts to adults or students.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.

Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
