• Assist Administrative Managers with locating materials, answering reference questions, and providing guidance on client related resources

• Process new materials including cataloging, classification, and preparation for circulation

• Manage circulation activities including check-in/check-out, renewals, and holds

• Maintain library collections through shelving, shifting, and organizing materials

• Support library programming and events for various age groups

• Troubleshoot basic technology issues and assist Administrative Managers with digital resources

• Maintain library records and generate reports as needed

• Enforce library policies while ensuring a welcoming environment
Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Library Science or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a library setting

• Proficiency with library management systems and digital resources

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic technology troubleshooting abilities
