Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Referral Marketing Salesperson at Tritron. Responsibilities include developing and implementing referral marketing strategies, identifying and engaging with potential referral partners, maintaining relationships with existing partners, tracking and analyzing referral performance metrics, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive referral sales.

Qualifications
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Experience in developing and implementing referral marketing strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics
Knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
