2. Litigation Management: Represent the company in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases. Coordinate with external counsel as necessary and provide strategies for resolving disputes.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific legal requirements.
4. Contract Review & Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and employee-related legal documents.
5. Risk Management: Identify and evaluate legal risks to the company, providing recommendations on mitigating potential liabilities.
6. Dispute Resolution: Oversee the handling of legal disputes, with a focus on negotiation, settlement, and litigation avoidance when possible.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, HR, and operations, to ensure that all legal aspects of business activities are managed effectively.
8, Legal Research: Stay updated on developments in corporate law, litigation trends, and regulatory changes affecting the business.
Qualification.
A minimum of 5 Years of experience in corporate law and litigation within a corporate or law firm environment.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and commercial law.
Proven experience managing complex litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
Experience advising on regulatory compliance and risk management.
