Location- Ikate, Lagos

MUST BE RESIDENT ON THE ISLAND

Responsibilities:

Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement performance review procedures
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques
Manage employees' grievances
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Solid communication skills
Onboarding and induction of new employees
Assist in employee engagement activities (birthdays, work anniversary, outdoor team building) bring forth ideas to keep the team engaged.
Assist in execution of payroll activities

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
HR Certification is an added advantage
Minimum of 2years experience
Computer literacy (excel, word, power point ..etc. )
Meticulous attention to detail
