Create social media calendars to plan, organize, and schedule content across all platforms in advance.
Manage and coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and credibility.
Oversee paid social media campaigns (e.g., Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive conversions and increase brand visibility.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Stay informed about the latest social media features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the brand's digital presence.

Experience/ Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or strategy, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest) and best practices for each.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
Creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh and engaging ideas for social content.
Strong understanding of the target audience in the women's wear market.
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
