JOB SUMMARY
H. Pierson Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Outsourcing Lead to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of outsourced employee operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing client relationships, and providing strategic direction for all outsourcing engagements.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong HR operational experience, client management skills, and an in-depth understanding of outsourcing practices within Nigeria.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Employee Outsourcing Lead will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others,
• Lead and manage all employee outsourcing activities across various client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced employees and client representatives
• Oversee onboarding, payroll management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and contract renewals
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., PENCOM, NHF, NSITF, ITF, PAYE)
• Monitor SLAs and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR outsourcing services to clients
• Handle escalations and resolve outsourced employee issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of outsourced employee data and ensure timely reporting
• Develop and implement processes that improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Lead a small team of HR support staff responsible for daily outsourcing operations
• Support business development efforts by participating in client proposals and presentations related to outsourcing services
• Collaborate with internal departments such as payroll, compliance, and legal to streamline processes
• Assist consultants in executing HR consulting projects (e.g., recruitment, policy development, performance management, etc.)







REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 5–6 years of proven experience in HR outsourcing or related HR operational role
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts and outsourced workforce
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experience with HRIS/payroll systems
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver within tight deadlines
• Strong project management skills (training or certification in Project Management)
• Membership of a professional HR body (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
