Analyze digital marketing performance and campaign results, translating data into actionable insights to improve lead generation and customer engagement.

Monitor and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on the real estate market.

Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and visibility, ensuring our properties are easily found by potential buyers and investors.

Manage PPC campaigns, tracking ROI, and continuously improving ad performance to ensure maximum visibility for our listings.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company’s strategic objectives and target audience.

Provide regular reports and analysis on website traffic, social media engagement, paid advertising performance, and other KPIs.

Perform A/B testing and develop data-backed recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to monitor performance and trends.

Stay current with digital marketing best practices and the latest trends in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on real estate or property management.

Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media advertising, and web analytics.

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other online advertising platforms.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other digital analytics tools to track and report on digital performance.

Strong Excel skills for data analysis, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with real estate marketing or familiarity with property-related online campaigns.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM systems or customer databases used in real estate marketing.
