Position Summary:
The IT Specialist will manage and support the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation of all systems and services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system maintenance, IT infrastructure management, and supporting staff with technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware/software issues, troubleshoot, and document solutions.
2. System & Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT systems, perform updates, backups, and security checks.
3. IT Infrastructure Management: Manage user accounts, network devices, and ensure security of systems and infrastructure.
4. Software & Application Management: Assist with software deployment, updates, and ensure application compatibility.
5. Training & Documentation: Train staff and develop technical documentation.
6. Project & Vendor Coordination: Participate in IT projects, liaise with vendors, and manage the property management system (PMS).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in IT support.
Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, Linux, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
Preferred Skill: Experience with cloud platforms.
