Sales Representative – Children Store
Our client, is a vibrant and growing children fashion store located in Lekki Phase 1.
They are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team, who will be responsible for attending to customers, ensuring an organized store environment, and driving sales through excellent product knowledge and customer interaction
Key Responsibilities
o Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
o Provide product information, make recommendations, and assist customers in finding suitable items
o Track inventory levels and alert management when stock is low
o Support promotional activities and in-store marketing efforts
o Maintain a strong understanding of current product offerings and trends in children fashion
o Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
o Build lasting relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty
Requirements
o Degree / HND/ OND qualification
o 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or kiddies products
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Good organizational and multitasking abilities
o Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
o Passionate about fashion and working with children’s products
o Honest, reliable, and well-presented
o Proximity to Lekki area is an advantage.
