Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives. You will be responsible for developing innovative designs across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively communicate our message to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation:
- Develop and produce high-quality designs for marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, product packaging, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create graphics that align with campaigns and brand guidelines.

2. Concept Development:
- Translate concepts into creative designs by brainstorming ideas and developing mockups.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

3. Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Maintain consistency in the use of fonts, colors, and overall design style across all materials.

4. Digital Media:
- Design graphics for websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Create animated or interactive designs as needed for enhanced engagement.

5. Print Design:
- Develop layouts and designs for brochures, posters, business cards, and other printed materials.
- Work with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of physical assets.

6. Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

7. Tool and Asset Management:
- Stay updated on the latest design software, tools, and trends.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Knowledge of web design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
- Familiarity with printing processes and specifications.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to think creatively and produce innovative designs.
