E-commerce Coordinator

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy E-commerce Coordinator to assist in managing our online store operations. The successful candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day e-commerce activities, optimize customer experience, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Process and fulfil orders efficiently and resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints
2. Inventory Management: Monitor and update product inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
3. Product Management: Create and maintain accurate product listings and optimize product images and descriptions.
4. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and resolve customer issues promptly
5. Marketing and Promotions: Assist in planning and executing online promotions and coordinate social media content
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics and provide insights for business improvement
7. Website Maintenance: Ensure website updates and maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of e-commerce experience
2. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
3. Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
4. Familiarity with payment gateways and shipping integrations
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with social media management tools
2. Graphic design skills
4. Familiarity with email marketing software
