Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff and assist with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
Assist with setting up new equipment, software installations, and system updates.
Help maintain internal IT documentation and knowledge bases.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure security and efficiency.
Support IT-related projects and assist with the implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications:
Strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
