Ninestars Agricultural Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Survey Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting land surveys and providing precise measurements for construction, engineering, and environmental projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for various projects. Key responsibilities include performing topographic, boundary, construction, and utility surveys to gather data and measurements.

Using specialized equipment, including GPS systems, total stations, and levels, the surveyor will accurately measure and map land features. They will also analyze and interpret survey data to provide detailed reports and maps.

Additional responsibilities include compiling data from field surveys, preparing accurate survey drawings, maps, and documents, and ensuring all data collected is precise and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

The surveyor will work closely with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to provide survey data for project planning and execution. They will assist in preparing site plans, plats, and other documents required for permits and approvals.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field (or equivalent experience) and years of experience in land surveying, construction surveying, or a related field.

Proficiency in using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and levels is essential. A strong understanding of survey software and CAD programs is also required. Knowledge of local and state surveying regulations and standards is desirable.

Candidates should possess excellent mathematical and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
