Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and participants to facilitate effective communication.
  • Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training administration or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
