">Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Food Processing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our poultry processing plant.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Process Control – Implement process controls to ensure that all birds are processed according to established quality and hygiene standards.
- Supply Chain Management – Manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Employee Training – Train employees on new processes and procedures.
- Quality Assurance – Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in food processing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
