Sales Representative

Berger Paint KC Trade Distribution Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to customers. You will also be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales, and have basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
