Sales Representative

At Berger Paint Kc trade Distribution Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sale Rep to join our team.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, working collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve goals.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends, ensuring you are always equipped to provide the best possible solutions to our customers.

• A valid driver's license is required, and a proven track record in sales or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales, who is also proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
