Job Description:

The Financial Services Representative will be responsible for guiding customers through the loan application process, evaluating their financial status, and providing ongoing support during loan repayment periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding our loan products and guide them through the loan application process
  • Evaluate the financial status of loan applicants by reviewing credit histories and financial documentation
  • Conduct field visits and interviews with customers to verify loan applications and assess creditworthiness
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on risk assessment and loan policies

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
