We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Deposit Mobilization) to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our financial offerings, securing deposit funds, and building relationships with key institutional and retail clients.

  • Champion the deposit mobilization drive, targeting high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and retail markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve deposit growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for low-to-medium-cost deposits to fund the company's assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Client Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with institutional and retail clients to secure new deposit mandates. Monitor client satisfaction to ensure superior service delivery and retention.

Sales Activities and Market Engagement: Execute sales activities, including client presentations, campaigns, and roadshows, to drive deposit growth. Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to expand market presence.

Key Decision-Maker Engagement: Engage with decision-makers within target organizations to establish strategic partnerships and secure deposit mandates.

Financial Expertise and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on financial market trends and the competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.

**Required Qualifications & Experience:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in deposit mobilization, preferably in digital banking or financial services. A first degree from a reputable institution is required, and professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CIS, CFA, or an MBA are an added advantage. Demonstration of success in achieving deposit mobilization targets and building strong client relationships is essential.
