We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our wealth management team in developing and implementing strategies to grow retail, corporate, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) liabilities to support our lending operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing retail, corporate, and HNI funds, with at least 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, funds mobilization, or corporate banking, and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow retail, corporate, and HNI liabilities
  • Drive digital adoption and optimize digital channels for efficient onboarding, fund mobilization, and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
