About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that expands our client base and increases revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a sales strategy that achieves revenue growth and expands our client base.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients to drive business expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership within asset management, investment, or financial services.
  • A strong network of institutional and retail investors.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in an asset management firm is highly desirable.
