Sales Associate Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
• Meet sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date with new arrivals, promotions, and discounts.
• Contribute to achieving business objectives by working effectively as part of a team.
• Ensure a high level of store visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required, including receiving deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• O.N.D in marketing or any related field.
• 2yrs proven working experience in retail sales.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
• Basic administration skills.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working night shifts. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and manage their time effectively.

The job will require working in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. We encourage candidates from Ikoyi, Lekki, Obalende, Ajah to apply.

Estimated Salary: ₦70,000 per month.
