Job Title: Road Sales Associate

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Industry: Hospitality (Food Truck)

Estimated Salary: NGN 120,000 - 150,000 per month

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Road Sales Associate to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely product distribution, cultivating strong customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities:

  • Carefully navigate the cart along designated locations
  • Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Maintain and clean the cart regularly
  • Receive delivery orders and instructions from the dispatcher
  • Loading and unloading packages or documents onto the motorcycle
  • Safely transport items to designated locations within the specified time frame
  • Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while riding the motorcycle
  • Ensure packages are delivered intact and in good condition
  • Collect payments or obtain signatures as required for proof of delivery
  • Communicate with the dispatcher or clients regarding delivery status or issues
  • Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance needs
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for delivery operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and recipients

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • 3yrs Experience as a driver or delivery driver preferred
  • Valid motorcycle or drivers license
  • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
  • Physical fitness and stamina for long rides
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Professionalism and reliability
