About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
You will develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, is crucial in driving successful client engagements and delivering high-quality solutions.
Conducting competitor analysis and staying up-to-date with industry trends will help identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows is essential in promoting our brand and establishing professional networks.
You will prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team is also a key responsibility.
Requirements- A graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
- The ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
- A proven track record of at least two years in business development or sales, preferably within the Real Estate Industry.
- A strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and secure partnerships.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven business decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
