Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities;
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful client engagements and deliver high-quality solutions;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish professional networks;
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Marketing or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry;
- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and secure partnerships;
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
